Another difference lies in the included accessories: The DT 900 PRO X comes with two detachable straight cables (1.8 m and 3 m). The DT 990 PRO X includes a single detachable 3-meter cable. All cables feature a lockable mini-XLR connector for secure use in the studio.
Which ear pads and acoustic discs and compatible with the DT 990 PRO X?
Both the replacement ear pads EDT 990 V and EDT 990 VB are compatible with the DT 990 PRO X. Please note that the corresponding acoustic filters are not included with the ear pads and must be purchased separately.
Is the DT 990 PRO X compatable with the PRO X digital cables?
Yes, both the PRO X Lightning cable and the PRO X USB-C cable can be used with the DT 990 PRO X.
