The DT 73 IE is specially designed for string, wind, and keyboard instruments.
The linear bass and mid-range reproduction between 20 Hz and 1 kHz ensures a natural sound that accurately reflects the original signal. A subtle boost in the treble range from 5kHz upwards ensures precise overtones without making the sound piercing or overemphasized.
In addition, their 16-ohm impedance makes them compatible with virtually any device.
Their IP68 certification ensures they're tough enough for studio and stage use. Hand made in Germany, the DT73 IE anr built with precision and durability, making them the ideal investment.
TESLA.11
Reference sound thanks to innovative driver design
Central to the new DT 73 IE IEM is the German-engineered and manufactured TESLA.11 driver system, offering several advantages over conventional balanced armature systems. The dynamic driver system boasts stunning resolution and clarity, as distortion is reduced to a minimum.
A THD (Total Harmonic Distortion) of 0.02% demonstrates its superiority compared to conventional systems. The high impulse fidelity is also excellent, ensuring that acoustic events are always reproduced accurately and in detail. With a maximum sound pressure level of 137dB, the DT IEM series is one of the loudest and lowest distortion systems on the market.

The DT 73 IE IEM has been developed in collaboration with professional musicians and sound engineers. The result is an IEM capable of easily withstanding demanding studio and live situations. The high-quality cable, which minimises structure-borne noise, contributes to this.
The IEM is connected via a gold-plated MMCX connector system. The MMCX system offers a much more stable connection compared to 2-pin connections, where the pins can bend or break off.
