The eleven-millimeter, dynamic one-way driver combines beyerdynamic's acoustic expertise, engineering, and craftsmanship into a brilliant technical masterpiece. Our team of experts from Heilbronn have uniquely succeeded in integrating the highest performance and sound quality into a graceful in-ear design. A special new acoustic filter provides even more fine detail and lightness in the high-frequency range. Paired with perfectly matched mids, highs and bass, the sound quality is raised to a new level.

In addition, XELENTO is certified as a Hi-Res Audio headphone, providing the best audio resolution, even on mobile playback devices such as compatible smartphones. For this wireless version, the proprietary MIY app with MOSAYC – Attention to Detail with Mimi Sound Personalisation enables sound personalisation and further customisation for individual sound preferences. In addition, thanks to over-the-air updates, XELENTO is always kept up to date with the latest technology.

The craftsmanship that went into the production of these sound jewels is reflected in the sophisticated design and best choice of materials. For an outstanding sound experience, only gold-plated plugs and silver-plated cables are used. In accordance with this audio-technical aspiration, the shiny front of the housing is decorated with real gold – handmade from 24 carat gold and applied in a high-precision technical process.

The headphone provides the best ergonomic design and thus convince with a natural and high wearing comfort for unforgettable sound moments. The seven pairs of silicone ear tips are newly developed and designed to perfectly match your individual in-ear fit to help deliver the highest acoustic performance. There is also a set of Comply™ Memory Foam ear tips in three sizes for high sound isolation. In addition, the cable routing design, (behind the ear), ensures the best wearing comfort.

Mobility and flexibility redefined

Both variants of the new XELENTO come with a 3.5 mm jack cable with remote control and hands-free microphone. This allows users to engage in calls or video conferences or to use voice assistant flexibly via smartphone and laptop while on the go.

XELENTO wireless has a high-quality Bluetooth® 5.2 neckband that guarantees up to 14 hours of music entertainment. Thanks to the additional Enhancement Mode, nothing stands in the way of wireless hi-fi enjoyment. This is made possible by an added digital-to-analogue converter and amplifier from specialist AKM. Last but not least, the latest codecs such as LHDC, Qualcomm® aptX™ HD and aptX™ Adaptive ensure that high-resolution audio quality is also possible wirelessly – whether on Android, iOS, Windows, or Mac.

XELENTO wireless can transform easily into a wired version with the separately available Pentaconn cable for use with high-quality hi-fi systems.
